Brown onion and turkey on the stove. Drain if necessary, and season with salt & pepper.

Stir, cover, and cook until the chili thickens and the flavors combine – about 6-8 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Makes about 8 servings.
