Crockpot Salsa Chicken is the answer when you don&#039;t know what to make for lunch, dinner, or meal prep. This meal makes a huge batch of delicious, flavorful, easy to shred chicken, ideal for making tacos, burritos, quesadillas, or even topping a salad. Chicken breast is seasoned with taco seasoning, and then slow cooked in a mixture of salsa, lime juice and fresh cilantro. It couldn&#039;t be easier to prepare this meal; in under 5 minutes, you can prepare these ingredients, set the crockpot, and be on your way.

Crockpot Salsa Chicken

lbs chicken breast

oz salsa (I use Tostitos)

tsp taco seasoning

cilantro

lime juice

Season the chicken breasts on all sides with taco seasoning and rub to coat.

Place the chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker.

Pour in the jar of salsa, and the cilantro and lime juice.

Cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.

Once done, shred the chicken and taste for seasoning.
