Ingredients: 1/2 cup all-purpose flour; 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp pepper; 1.5-2 pounds beef, trimmed and cut into 2-inch cubes; 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced; 1 can diced tomatoes (15oz); 2-3 medium golden potatoes, cut into 2-inch cubes; 1 cup carrots, chopped; 1 cup onions, chopped; 1 cup celery, chopped; 1 cup frozen corn kernels; 1/2 cup beef broth; 1 tbsp minced garlic; 1 tsp dried thyme

Overflowing with meat and vegetables, this tender and flavorful smoked sausage and beef stew is the perfect crockpot weeknight dinner.

Crockpot Smoked Sausage and Beef Stew

all-purpose flour

salt

tsp pepper

beef,

smoked sausage, sliced

tomatoes (15 ounces)

golden potatoes,

carrots, chopped

onions, chopped

celery, chopped

corn kernels

beef broth

tbsp minced garlic

thyme

In a small bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and pepper.

Coat the beef in the flour mix and then move over to the crockpot. 

Add remaining ingredients to the crockpot and stir to combine. 

Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
