Export 10 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well to combine. Allow to sit for around 30 minutes.
Step 2
Using your hands, shape the mixture into small golf ball-sized balls.
Step 3
Heat a large pan with oil and add the meatballs. Cook, turning occasionally, until cooked through. Remove with thongs and place on a plate lined with paper towels.
Step 4
To make the gravy, using the same pan, turn the heat down and move the pan off the heat. Add plain flour and stir well with the oils in the pan. Add soy sauce and a stock cube. Gradually add water, a few tbs at a time, and stir to prevent lumps.
Step 5
Return the pan to the stove and stir continully until the mixture thickens.
Step 6
Serve the meatballs with gravy.
