I don't normally like chicken salad, but I love this one! It is simple and quick to make. And it is so delicious!

I love this recipe! Adding the cucumbers are a great touch! I put this in the flat-out wraps with lettuce to save on calories. Great!

This is nice and light and tasty.  I seasoned the chicken with some garlic pepper, salt and basil while in the saute pan.

My husband doesn't care for celery, which is an ingredient that I usually put in my chicken salad. The cucumber is a great substitution to give the chicken salad great taste and texture. I alsothrew in some sliced green onion that I had one hand and I added the diced tomato as one reviewer suggested.  I served this in a buttered croissant.  We thought it was a delicious lunch and my husband is happy to take it to work for lunch tomorrow.

My husband & I love this chicken salad recipe. It is easy & VERY quick to make. I use the Oscar Meyer Deli Fresh Chicken Breast Chunks for the chicken. WONDERFUL!
