Step 1

This is the kind of cucumber to use.

Step 2

Using a fruit peeler or mandolin, make long, thin slices.

Step 3

Roll the slices up and put them in a fridge-friendly container.

Step 4

Add the chilli (optional), garlic, and white vinegar.

Step 5

Add the Sprite, just to cover the cucumber.

Step 6

Rest in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.

Step 7

Serve cold!
