Step 1

Beat the eggs into foam with the crystal sugar. Boil the milk, add a pinch of salt. Dilute the starch in 2 tablespoons of cold water and pour it in a thin trickle into the milk, while stirring continuously, to prevent lumps. Add the vanilla.

Step 2

Pour the slightly cooled mixture to the eggs, also in a thin trickle, put it to boil with stirring nonstop until it thickens. After removing from the heat, stir the mixture for 1-2 minutes. Mash the bananas, add 1/2 packet cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of milk to them.

Step 3

Mix the powdered sugar with the cream and add the blended banana mixture to it. Pour this final mixture to the slightly cooled custard and stir.

Step 4

Pour the custard into bowls, sprinkle them with cinnamon and serve cold.
