Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Whisk to combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.

Add Eggs, oil, water, and vanilla.

Bake the muffins for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of one of the center muffins comes out clean. They should be light golden brown on top.
Step 8
Remove the muffins from the oven. Let sit for 5 minutes before transfer them to a rack to cool.
