Prepare your favorite noodle and set it aside.

Mix 1 tbsp of Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp of Black Vinegar, 2 tsp of Sugar, 1.5 tbsp of Cooked Sesame Paste, 2 tbsp of Homemade Chilli Oil, and 1.5 tbsp of Hot Water/Cooked Pasta Water. Mix until the sauce is smooth; add more hot water/pasta water if needed
Step 3
In a pan, drizzle in oil and turn the heat up to medium-high. Add in ground pork and saute for 2-3 minutes while breaking the pork apart.
Step 4
Add in minced garlic and Sui Mi Ya Cai and saute for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Add in 1 tbsp of Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp of Chinese cooking wine, ground Sichuan pepper, and 1 tsp of sugar, and saute for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 6
To put everything together, start with 5 tbsp of the sauce, add in noodles and vegetables, topped with ground pork, and drizzle on more homemade chili oil.
