Step 1
MIX DRY INGREDIENTS: In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Step 2
MIX WET INGREDIENTS: In separate bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, milk and vanilla.
Step 3
MIX WET AND DRY TOGETHER: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix.
Step 4
ADD COFFEE: Add 1 cup coffee to cake batter.
Step 5
BAKE: Divide batter into two greased or lined 9u0022 round cake pans and bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.
