Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 2
Add loose tea leaves and steep for 2 -3 minutes.
Step 3
Add milk. Bring to a boil and QUICKLY lower heat. Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Step 4
Add sugar and stir to dissolve.
Step 5
Pour through a strainer into a teacup.
