Step 1

Cut the vegetables and the meat.

Step 2

Put oil into a woking pan and add the green curry paste. After frying off the curry paste add some water.

Step 3

Add coconut milk, palm sugar, fish sauce and salt.

Step 4

Add pork meat and let the curry boil until the meat is cooked.

Step 5

Add the Thai eggplants, pea eggplants and chillies.

Step 6

Sprinkle sweet basil on top when the curry is ready.

Step 7

Serve with rice vermicelli or with rice. (Start cooking the rice before preparing the green curry.)
