Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit. Grease baking sheets.

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and oil. Stir until thoroughly blended.

Stir in walnuts and chocolate chips.

Shape dough into 36 balls. Place 2-inches apart on baking sheets.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 11 minutes. Cookies should look moist.
