Step 1

Boil hard-boiled eggs, cut lengthwise, remove the yolks, mash with a fork. Finely chop cucumber, green onions, meat or even instead of meat to cut herring or salted salmon. Salt is not necessary, because the salinity is from meat or fish. All mix and pour mayonnaise, filled with proteins.

Step 2

On a flat plate spread the lettuce leaves, the leaves are laid deviled eggs. At the sides, and decorate with slices of tomato and cucumber, sprinkle with green onions. Bon appetit!
