Step 1

Peel and slice eggs in half

Step 2

Use a teaspoon to remove egg yolks, place them into a bowl

Step 3

Mash yolks gently with a fork

Step 4

Add mayonnaise, mustard, chives and salt and pepper, stir to combine

Step 5

Spoon yolk into a zip lock bag, seal bag and snip a small corner off bag

Step 6

Pipe yolk mixture back into each egg half

Step 7

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve
