Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet in a baking pan.

Step 2

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together then set aside.

Step 3

In another mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, sugar substitute, and golden monk fruit sweetener. Cream until light and fluffy. Should both your sugar substitute and sweetener be granular, you may pulse them to a fine powder first before creaming.

Step 4

Add the eggs and vanilla. Continue creaming.

Step 5

Fold sifted flour mixture into the butter mixture until evenly incorporated.

Step 6

Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips.

Step 7

Scoop the cookie dough using a spoon or ice cream scoop and place them on your baking sheet 2 inches apart from each other.

Step 8

Bake your cookies for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

Step 9

Cool them on your baking sheet for 10 minutes then move to a wire rack and cool for another 10 minutes. After cooling, your cookies are ready for snacking!
