Made this once with tilapia and tonight with cod. I believe I liked it better with tilapia, which surprised me. Very thankful that I have this recipe that my husband likes and it is baked, not fried!

Excellent, simple and easy to make. I would add more horseradish next time for more kick...and I also used Panko crumbs which worked well. This recipe will work with almost any kind of fish filet.

This is really good.  So simple and yet so delicious   Tilapia was fish of choice.  One note - may want to increase horseradish just a little to provide some pop.  I would suggest to follow the recipe first time around as written and second time tweak to your liking!

Great, quick dinner. The Dijon mixture adds great flavor to the Tilapi. I used Panko and the topping added a wonderful crunch.

Wow. This is hands down the best recipe for Tilapia I have ever made. I added a little more than a teaspoon of horseradish (because I love horseradish) and omitted the butter. I felt like the fat from the mayo was sufficient. The breadcrumb mixture still browned and crisped perfectly. Absolutely delicious!

Fabulous recipe. I used cod which turned out to be a great choice. I omitted the butter in the crumb topping. The mayonnaise/butter mixture was rich enough to make this a one a great choice, VFE.   I will be making this one again.

WOW was this ever good.  And so easy to make.  I didn't have any horseradish in the house so I left it out and put in an eighth tsp. of garlic powder and onion powder.  I did everything else just like the recipe.  Everyone thought it was extra good.  I will be making this often.  I am not usually a great lover of fish but tonight the tilapia was the best ever.

My family loved it.  Since I didn't have any Dijon mustard I used yellow mustard with seasoning and it still turned out great.  We all thought that the Dijon would make it even better.

Very tasty, but don't use tilapia. Tilapia is cheap, but it has no flavor and it's one of the least healthy fish. I used cod. My husband always says he doesn't like fish, but he really liked this.

I used Swai fish fillets so we got Omega 3's as well and it turned out fantastic.  Also used Panko for dry bread crumbs. Will definitely be making this recipe again.

This is one of our family favorites. You would never know it's diet food. The only change is we use halibut fillets instead of Tilapia.

Wonderul, mild recipe.  I was pleasantly surprised by how nicely the various flavors come together subtly.  The crumb-topping was actually crunchy, & the fish was still moist.  Definitely a keeper for fish!  My husband & 4-yr-old were a bit skeptical, but everyone gobbled it up right away when they  actually tasted it.  Also, I used Ital-seas. bread crumbs & spicy brown instead of dijon, because that's what a I had on hand.  Worked well.  Thanks for the great recipe!

I used fresh Atlantic Cod and this was truly wonderful. I made my own breadcrumbs by oven-toasting 2 pieces of Ezekiel's low sodium sprouted grain breadn (plenty left over for next time), I used Best Foods' Reduced Fat Mayo, and I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (2 tsp from the stick version). I think this recipe would also work well on red snapper, sole, trout, or halibut. And it is so, easy!
