Stir your cream cheese and greek yogurt together and place in medium sized bowl

Lightly toast your panko
Step 3
Dice your pickles and garlic. Mince herbs
Step 4
Mix everything together (while reserving 1 Tbsp diced dill pickle, and 1 Tbsp toasted panko).
Step 5
Place in medium-large serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, ideally 2.
Step 6
Before serving, top with the remaining panko and pickles and enjoy
