2 slices thick, fresh white bread1 tbsp mayo (or to taste)1 tsp dijon mustard* (or to taste)2 slices Swiss cheese¼ cup shredded cheddar¼ cup dill pickle chips (crushed, about one small handful)dill pickle slices (as many as you like, I use two long slices)2 tbsp butter (at room temp for easy spreading)

Step 1

Spread mayonnaise and dijon mustard on one slice of bread. On the other slice of bread, add your cheeses. Add crushed dill pickle chips and pickle slices.

Step 2

Carefully close the sandwich and add half of the butter on top of the sandwich.Heat your pan on medium heat for a few minutes.

Step 3

Place the sandwich butter side down in the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes—careful not to let it burn!) Add butter to the other slice of bread.Carefully flip the sandwich and cook the other buttered side for another 3-5 minutes, or until golden and crisped to your liking!
