Step 1
Preheat oven to 275°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl combine the ranch dressing mix, pickle juice (more or less depending on preference), oil, dill and parsley. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
Step 3
Pour pretzels into the bowl and immediately toss with a rubber spatula. Continue tossing until all of the pretzels are evenly coated in the seasoning mixture.
Step 4
Pour the coated pretzels onto the baking sheet. It is okay if some of the pretzels are on top of each other.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes tossing once after 10 minutes of baking. Be sure to mix the pretzels thoroughly to ensure an even bake.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and top with extra dill and parsley if desired. Allow to cool completely before enjoying.
Step 7
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
