Step 1
Place each of the pudding mixes into separate bowls.
Step 2
Add 2 cups of cold milk to one bowl and whisk for 2 minutes. Set aside and repeat with the second pudding mix, adding 2 cups of cold milk and whisking for 2 minutes. Allow each of the pudding mixtures to rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Set out 6 Dixie Cups and scoop 1 tbsp of chocolate pudding into the bottom of each cup.
Step 4
Add one tbsp of vanilla pudding to each cup, then take a second to gently shake each one, if necessary, to get the pudding to settle.
Step 5
Add a second tbsp of chocolate pudding to each cup, followed by another tbsp of vanilla pudding. Gently shake each cup to make sure the pudding settles,
Step 6
Place the pudding-filled Dixie Cups into the freezer for 3-4 hours or until the pudding is frozen. Remove the Dixie Cups from the freezer, then remove the cups from the pudding pops.
Step 7
Place the candy melts into a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second increments, stirring between each increment, until the chocolate is fully melted.
Step 8
Place the melted chocolate into a zipper-top bag, cut off a tiny corner, then drizzle chocolate over the tops of each popsicle. Serve immediately or store in the freezer until ready to eat!
