Pre heat oven 170 degrees (fan forced). Line a cupcake/muffin tray. Place butter in TM bowl. Melt cubed butter 2 mins/100 degrees/Speed 2. Place cocoa, SR flour, sugar, egg, milk in TM bowl with melted butter. Mix for 20 secs/speed 4 or until combined.Add chocolate chips and mix 20sec/speed 4/reverse.Spoon mix into lined cupcake/muffin tray.Bake in oven 170 deg (fan forced) for 20mins. I made 21 muffins using a regular size muffin/cupcake tray.
