Step 1

Line a 7 x 6 1/2 x 2 1/4 inches (if you don't want it as thick an 8 x 8" works well) with parchment paper and lightly greased.

Step 2

MILK CHOCOLATE LAYER

Step 3

Pour the melted chocolate and spread evenly to cover the bottom. Refrigerate until it gets hard.

Step 4

PEANUT BUTTER LAYER

Step 5

In a medium bowl whisk powdered sugar for approximately 1 minute, add peanut butter, milk and cream, continue mixing until smooth. Cover evenly over the milk chocolate layer. Refrigerate for approximately 20 minutes.

Step 6

FUDGE LAYER

Step 7

In a medium saucepan over low heat add chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until chips and milk are melted together and smooth, then remove from heat and add vanilla, stir to combine. Spread over Peanut Butter layer.

Step 8

SPRINKLE TOPPING

Step 9

Combine dark chocolate chips and peanut butter chips in a small bowl and sprinkle over Fudge layer.

Step 10

Leave fudge to come to room temperature. Then refrigerate for a couple of hours before eating. To cut the fudge I suggest you either cut it at room temperature or remove from fridge and let sit 10-15 minutes and then cut. Enjoy!
