Cut a lid on the coconut.

Step 2

Pour the coconut water from your coconut into a pot.

Step 3

Add one packet of gelatin.

Step 4

Put the mixture on low heat and mix them together.

Step 5

Pour the mixture back into your coconut shell.

Step 6

Refrigerate for two hours.

Put one cup of coconut milk into a separate bowl.

Step 8

Add one cup of milk to that same mixture.

Add 3/4 cup of heavy cream.

Add 4 tbsp of sugar.

Put the mixture into a pot and put it on low heat.

Add the second packet of gelatin and mix well.

Add the mixture back into the coconut.
