Step 1

Set smoker to 275 degrees

Step 2

Place ham in aluminum foil pan. Spray ham with Duck fat spray and season spiral smoked ham with Lane's Sweet Heat rub.

Step 3

Smoke for about 2 - 3 hours until internal temp of ham is 140 degrees

Step 4

Pour glaze over top of ham

Step 5

Leave on smoker for another 5 to 10 minutes to caramelize glaze

Step 6

Enjoy!

Place a small sauce pot on stovetop over medium high heat

Add butter, brown sugar, and Unicoi Salted Caramel Peach Preserve.
