Pour Dr. Pepper into a small saucepan over medium-high. Bring to a boil, and simmer until reduced to 1/4 cup, about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Let cool completely, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Process ice cream and reduced Dr. Pepper in a blender until frothy, about 30 seconds.
