FIRST STEP:Preheat the oven to 350*

Lightly spray a 9x9 baking pan with nonstick spray

SECOND STEP:Tear the bread into pieces and layer them in the baking pan

Pour the milk over the bread, set it in the refrigerator and let the bread soak up the milk for an hour

THIRD STEP:Whisk the egg, vanilla and granulated sugar together

Stir in the raisins and the cinnamon

FOURTH STEP:Pour this mix over the bread. Stir lightly to combine

Bake for one hour

FIFTH STEP:Set to the side and allow the bread pudding to cool

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the ingredients for the sauce
