Step 1

Combine everything in a small bowl. Stir until well blended.

Step 2

Pat dry the chicken cuts you are using with paper towels. Rub them with olive oil. Then rub the seasoning over the chicken pieces and cook in the oven, air fryer, instant pot, slow cooker, on the stovetop or grill.

Step 3

Discard any rub that has come in contact with raw chicken.

Step 4

Store the remaining rub in an airtight container for 2 years.
