East 8 Hold Up Cocktail Recipe

45 ml Vodka (1.5 oz)

ml Aperol (0.5 oz)

22.5 ml Pineapple Juice (0.75 oz)

ml Fresh Lime Juice (0.5 oz)

ml Simple Syrup (0.5 oz)

ml Passionfruit Syrup (0.2 oz)

Combine all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker

Shake with ice

Strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned glass

Garnish with half a passionfruit and a mint sprig
