Easter grazing board recipe

Step 1

Use electric beaters to beat the butter, icing sugar and vanilla in a bowl until pale and creamy. Reserving a little of the strawberry, fold the remaining through the butter mixture until just combined. Transfer to a small serving bowl. Sprinkle with the reserved strawberry.

Step 2

Arrange the hot cross buns, Easter eggs, macarons, chocolates, marshmallows, pretzels, wafers, musk sticks, berries, apples and the strawberry butter on a serving board.
