Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Season chicken on both sides with the Italian herb blend, garlic powder, kosher salt and black pepper.
Step 3
Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add the olive oil and salted butter. When the oil and butter are shimmering, cook the chicken in batches. Add the seasoned chicken cutlets to the pan. Sauté for 2 - 3 minutes per side. The chicken should be golden brown and cooked through. Place the chicken on a rimmed baking sheet.
Step 4
Sprinkle the cooked chicken with the grated parmesan cheese. Top with about 2 to 3 tablespoons of marinara sauce. Generously sprinkle with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 5
Bake for about 6 - 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Step 6
Remove from the oven sprinkle with more grated parmesan cheese and the fresh basil.
Step 7
Serve.
