Step 1

Make the sauce: To a small bowl, mix together the ranch dressing and Cajun seasoning. Cover and store in refrigerator while you finish making the bacon wrapped pickles.

Step 2

Make the Bacon Wrapped Pickles: Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 12 minutes.

Step 3

Pat the pickle spears dry with a paper towel on all sides.

Step 4

Wrap each pickle spear in a slice of bacon.

Step 5

Place the pickles in the air fryer, in a single layer, and cook for 12 minutes until the bacon is crispy. Check on them halfway through and rotate around for even cooking if needed.

Step 6

Once done, remove the pickles from the air fryer and onto a paper towel lined plate. Let cool, then enjoy with Cajun ranch dipping sauce (or a low carb dipping sauce if you prefer).

Step 7

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 8

Pat the pickle spears dry on all sides with a paper towel.

Step 9

Wrap each pickle spear with a slice of bacon.

Step 10

Add pickles to a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until bacon is crispy.

Step 11

Remove from the oven. Let cool and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
