Step 1
Prepare all ingredients. Parmesan cheese is much better if it's freshly grated from a block vs a pre-shredded variety.
Step 2
Heat heavy whipping cream, parsley garlic salt, and butter in a saucepan until it starts to simmer. Whisk the cream as it simmers, so it doesn't stick to the bottom.
Step 3
Press garlic into the sauce and cook for another minute. Add Parmesan cheese to the sauce, keep whisking until it completely melts.
Step 4
Now that the sauce is ready, you can prepare some pasta to go with it. Or, feel free to use it for baking pizza.
