Easy Almond Butter Fat Bombs

Cup Almond Butter

Cup Unrefined Coconut Oil

Tbsp Cacao Powder

Cup Erythritol (I use Powdered Swerve)

Mix together almond butter and coconut oil in a medium bowl

I'm only 3 weeks into lazy keto (i don't count macros) and I make a round of "fat bombs" a week.  These are my fourth, and I don't  know how I will make these last the week! These are my favorite by far!!  I use a mini muffin tin and get 12, which are half the size of yours. .  After a slight buttering of the tin before pouring they pop right out after freezing for about 30 minutes. .  I also am inundated with shredded coconut so I put some--a big pinch  in the mix and  a little on the top, which mostly but not totally,sank into the mix, a nice addition if you are a coconut fan like I am. .  This is a perfect recipe!  Thank you for a perfect recipe! Yum!

Love these!! So simple and delicious! I used only 1/8 cup powdered monk fruit sweetener and a pinch of sea salt so even fewer carbs and plenty sweet for me. I will double the recipe next time. Also love the silicons cupcake molds!

I am shocked and delighted by how much I like these! I ate four in one day - just couldn't stop myself (and it was a snow day). I used a little less sweetener (Swerve) and a little more cocoa powder, and added unsweetened shredded coconut to the mix and sprinkled some on top. Thanks for the recipe!

Hard to eat just one of these! I could not figure out how much was a quarter of a cup of almond butter (should I melt it and use exactly 1/4? So I probably added 1/2 a cup. I melted the coconut oil to ensure I could measure 1/4 of a cup. I used two heaping tablespoons of Navitas Cocao powder, next time I'll use 3, and I used only 1/8 a cup of the Lakanto Monk Fruit granular sweetener (which is more Erythritol than Monk Fruit according to the ingredients. I also used crunchy almond butter so it had a little crispness. Fantastic, and my non - keto guest loved it too.  Thank you, but I will not be making this again soon since they are too tempting and delicious.

Easy to make and still great!  I doubled the recipe, replaced 1 TBLS of cocoa with instant espresso, and added some sugar free chocolate chips in each cup before setting.  These are excellent - with the caffeine punch from the espresso they were spot on for my morning fat bomb!  Thank you for this one.

These are fantastic!  I made a batch, tasted the corner of one, and immediately made another double batch to keep in the freezer.  I used silicon ice cube molds because that's what I had on hand.  Love the high fat content for only 1 net carb.  Most other recipes I have tried are in the 10-15 gram range.  These are absolutely delicious and lots of bang for your buck.  Thank you so much for this recipe!

Wonderful to have something quick and easy and foolproof for when I have a sweet tooth,thanks so much! I would like to add almond slithers to it next time just for a change up but they are great just the way they are!
