Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
Step 2
Place the chicken drumsticks on a prepared baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
In a small bowl whisk together the garlic, honey, soy and vinegar. Add a touch of water to thin if necessary.
Step 4
Generously coat the drumsticks with 3/4 of the sauce.
Step 5
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the skin is crisp and caramelised and the chicken cooked through. As the chicken cooks use the remaining sauce to baste the drumsticks every 15- 20 minutes.
Step 6
Serve over a bed of rice or mashed potato.
