Warm the tortillas as directed on the package. Place 1/4 cup of the shredded beef on the center of each tortilla. Top the beef with 2 tablespoons of the refried beans. Top the beans with 1/4 cup of the shredded lettuce, 2 tablespoons chopped tomatoes, and 2 tablespoons of the shredded cheese. Fold the bottom side of each tortilla up about 1-inch. Fold the sides in over the filling. Roll the tortillas up from the bottom and place seam-side down on dinner plates.
