Our absolute favorite Parfait, We usually make the 3 berry (raspberry, blackberry, & blueberry) version most often. I also triple it, as we enjoy them every night as soon soon as our dinner is finished. The cheesecake layer just puts the fresh berries on a pedestal they truly deserve!

Love the addition of marshmallow cream to the cream cheese mixture.  Makes a smooth and creamy base for the fruit!  Love that you can change up the fruit to suit your family or season.

I made this cool and no bake dessert for my family, Since this Summer is out of control, it was a welcoming cool treat.
