Step 1

To make this faster, use frozen vegetables and store-bought shaved steak meat. (My frozen vegetable blend had frozen yellow peppers, orange peppers, red bell peppers, and green bell peppers with white onion.)

Step 2

Oil your Blackstone if needed, or clean as well, and fire up your Blackstone grill to medium-high heat.

Step 3

On one side of your grill, cook your frozen vegetables; on the other, cook your shaved steak meat. (I put Minced Garlic, Blackstone Cheese Steak Seasoning, Worchestire Sauce, Garlic Salt, and Pepper into my meat.)

Step 4

Add more oil if needed and combine everything.

Step 5

Once the meat and vegetables are fully cooked, remove and serve or store them for later.

Step 6

Fire up and reoil your Blackstone Griddle.

Step 7

While your griddle is heating up to medium heat, heat your leftover Philly Cheesesteak if it is not warm from coming off the griddle. Reheating in the microwave works well for this part.

Step 8

If using bread that needs to be buttered, butter the bread so it will crisp on the griddle

Step 9

Once the griddle is ready to go, throw the sandwiches on.

Step 10

For each sandwich, you make, lay down two pieces of bread, butter side down.

Step 11

Place some Philly Cheesesteak onto one slice of bread per sandwich.  You can place the cheese right on top of the Philly Cheesesteak or on the other piece of bread.

Step 12

After I flipped mine, I covered it with my Jim Bim Melting Dome to allow the cheese to melt.

Step 13

Remove and Serve!
