Ingredients: 1 cup dark brown sugar (packed); 1/4 cup honey; 1/4 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed or bottled, see note); 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard (or yellow mustard); 4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar; 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon; 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger; 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder; 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika; 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

A simple sweet and tangy brown sugar glaze to add delicious flavor to your holiday ham, chicken, salmon, burgers, veggies, and more!

Easy Brown Sugar Glaze (For Ham, Chicken, and More!)

dark brown sugar (packed)

honey

orange juice

whole-grain mustard (or yellow mustard)

apple cider vinegar

cinnamon

ginger

garlic powder

smoked paprika

black pepper

Add all of the ingredients to a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Heat the glaze while stirring with a wooden spoon until the sugar has dissolved.

Either pour the glaze over your ham or allow the glaze to cool completely and transfer it to an airtight container.
