Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

Cut 1 (16-ounce) can refrigerated biscuits into quarters and add them to a medium bowl with 1 ½ cups pizza sauce, ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon garlic, and 1 cup quartered pepperoni. Gently toss to combine.
Step 3
Spread the biscuit mixture in an even layer in the bottom of the prepared baking dish, taking care to not to overlap the biscuits.
Step 4
Bake for 15 minutes before topping with 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese and baking for an additional 10 minutes, until the biscuits have completely baked through and the cheese is melted and browning.
