Easy Cake Mix Christmas Cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375˚ F. Cover large cookie sheet with silicone mat or parchment paper.

Step 2

Combine the cake mix, eggs, and butter in a large bowl. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, mix it well.

Step 3

Scoop cookie dough with cookie scoop or tablespoon. Roll them into balls and place on the mat.

Step 4

Flatten them down just a little bit with the back of a spoon or your hand. Do the best you can to keep them round.

Step 5

Put the sheet of cookie dough in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.

Step 6

Remove them from the oven and place on a wire cooling rack. Cool to room temperature before decorating.
