Step 1
If making your own graham cracker crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs and sugars together. Mix in melted butter. Press firmly and evenly into 9" pie plate. Pre bake the crust at 350 F. for 10 minutes. Then prepare cheesecake filling.
Step 2
Heat oven to 325°F.
Step 3
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs; beat just until blended.
Step 4
Pour into prepared pie crust.
Step 5
Bake 40-45 minutes or until center is set.
Step 6
Remove from oven cool then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
