Easy Cheesecake Brownies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and generously grease a 9x13 baking dish with oil or non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

In a large bowl, prepare your brownie mix according the directions on the box, and then pour it into your prepared baking dish.

Step 3

In a medium size bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Next, beat in the sugar, egg and vanilla until well blended.

Step 4

Gently drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over your brownie batter and then swirl it around with a butter knife or small spatula, creating a marbled effect.

Step 5

Bake in the middle rack of your oven for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
