Step 1
Grate the carrot and zucchini and place into a large bowl.
Step 2
Crush the garlic and add it along with the onion flakes and stir to combine.
Step 3
Add the chicken mince, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce and mix well until combined. Place the bowl into the fridge to chill for one hour.
Step 4
Once chilled, scoop the mixture up using a spoon and shape into patties.
Step 5
Preheat your frying pan using a little olive oil (or ghee) and cook each pattie for 3 minutes on one side before flipping to cook for a further 2 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 6
Repeat until all of the mixture has been used.
Step 7
Place garlic cloves, carrot and zucchini pieces into your Thermomix bowl and mix for 6 seconds, speed 6 to grate.
Step 8
Add the chicken breast pieces , onion flakes, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce and mix for 10 seconds, speed 5 to combine/mince.Scrape down the sides of your Thermomix bowl and mix for a further 5 seconds, speed 5 to mince the chicken completely and combine with the other ingredients.
Step 9
Transfer the Thermomix bowl to the fridge and let it chill for one hour.
Step 10
Once chilled, scoop the mixture up using a spoon and shape into patties.
