Export 3 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat pie maker according to its own instructions. Very lightly grease plates.
Step 2
Remove plastic liner from puff pastry and place one sheet in front of you on the kitchen bench. Place the second above it, slightly overlapping, so you have a long rectangle of pastry.
Step 3
Combine sugars and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Step 4
Spread softened butter evenly all over pastry. Sprinkle over sugar mixture. Starting with the edge closest to you, roll up the pastry to enclose the filling, until you have a sausage shape. Use a sharp knife to cut into 8 equal pieces.
Step 5
Place 4 pieces cut side up in the preheated plates of the pie maker. Close the lid and cook for 8 minutes. Use a knife to carefully flip each scroll and cook for a further 4-5 minutes until the pastry is cooked through and is lovely and golden.
Step 6
Repeat with remaining pastry scrolls.
