Classic romesco sauce is an easy and quick Spanish recipe made from roasted peppers and almonds. Great with fish, cauliflower, steak, chicken and more. So many different uses!

Easy Classic Romesco Sauce

7-oz jar roasted red pepper, (drained)

sandwich bread, (lightly toasted)

slivered almonds, (toasted)

tsp sherry vinegar

garlic

olive oil

jalapeno pepper, (seeded)

tsp ancho chili powder

paprika

tsp kosher salt

Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.
