Step 1

Preheat oven to 350℉. Line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Then add in peanut butter, baking powder, eggs, coffee, chocolate chips, vanilla and mix together until combined. Transfer batter to loaf pan and spread out evenly. Optional: top with a few extra chocolate chips for aesthetics. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow to set in the pan for 15 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
