Easy Creamy Cucumber Salad Recipe

cucumbers (I use English or hot house cucumbers.)

onions (I use red onions)

plain Greek yogurt or sour cream

dill

lemon juice

sweetener

garlic powder

salt and pepper

Slice the cucumber and onion into thin slices. I like to use a mandolin because it&#x27;s quick and easy.

Add the cucumber and onions to a bowl with the remaining ingredients.

Stir until well combined. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
