Step 1

Whisk together all your ingredients in a medium bowl.

Step 2

Pour your batter into a greased casserole crock pot using a stirring spatula to get all of the batter out of the bowl.

Step 3

Place a few paper towels underneath the lid of your crock pot when putting it on the insert. Make sure you gently pull the paper towels tight so they do not touch the batter.

Step 4

Cover and cook on high for approximately 1 hour, turning your insert halfway through cooking if your slow cooker does not cook evenly. (It is done when it can pass the toothpick test.)

Step 5

Cut into pieces of desired size and serve with favorite pancake toppings.
