Step 1
Combine sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a small saucepan.

Cook over low heat for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, sriracha, and hoisin and whisk to combine.

Add the cornstarch and whisk and continue cooking over low heat until sauce starts to thicken.

Remove from heat, cover and set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, soy sauce and cornstarch. Toss to combine.

Place chicken in the air fryer basket, spray with olive oil and cook at 400 degrees for 16 minutes.

Toss chicken halfway through cooking and spray with a little more olive oil.
Step 9
Once the chicken is done cooking, transfer to a large bowl and toss with prepared sauce.
Step 10
Top with scallion greens and sesame seeds.
